1. About WeLovePaws
WeLovePaws is operated by Electroshop, Israeli authorized dealer number 032293417, under the trade name WeLovePaws. We operate online only and do not receive visitors. For customer service, cancellations, privacy or accessibility requests, use the website contact form.
These terms apply to purchases of dog and cat accessories from welovepaws.shop. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing purchase or remove your statutory rights.
2. Products and safe use
Check the product description, measurements, materials and selected color, size or style before ordering. Screen settings may affect colors, but goods must match their description. Unless expressly stated otherwise, packaging is functional rather than gift packaging.
Choose products appropriate for your pet's size, weight and behavior. Follow supplied instructions, supervise use of toys and accessories, and inspect items regularly. Stop using damaged items. Products are not veterinary advice or a substitute for professional care. These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty or unsafe goods.
3. Prices and payment
All checkout prices are in US dollars (USD). For products with differently priced variants, the card displays a range; your selected combination determines the item price. A blank variant price uses the main product price. Shipping is free only where stated. Any product-specific shipping surcharge and the order total are shown before payment.
Payment is processed by PayPal. Card payment without a PayPal account may be offered where PayPal makes it available for your transaction. PayPal or your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
An order is accepted after successful payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, a genuine pricing error or another legitimate issue, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for an order we cancel. We will not substitute goods or increase a paid price without your agreement.
4. International delivery
Estimated international delivery is 14-21 business days from confirmed payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting dispatch or delivery. This estimate includes normal order handling; product-specific delivery information shown before purchase takes precedence where expressly stated.
Products may ship directly from different suppliers and arrive in separate parcels. Provide an accurate name, address, postal code, country and phone number. Contact us promptly about an address correction; a change after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
Destination-country import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance charges may apply where they are not included in the checkout total. Any such charges depend on local rules. We will provide legally required information before purchase; this paragraph does not permit undisclosed charges or waive mandatory consumer protections.
If delivery is materially delayed, contact us. We will investigate and, where required, give you a revised timeframe and the choice to accept it or cancel for a refund. Customs, supplier or carrier delays do not remove rights to cancellation, delivery or refunds under applicable law.
5. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns
You may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For a single order delivered in separate parcels, a later starting date applies where required by law. If local law gives you a longer period or broader rights, those rights prevail.
Send an unambiguous cancellation notice using the contact form. Include your name, order number, the items concerned and contact details. Contacting us before dispatch may allow us to stop shipment. If goods have already shipped, you may still notify cancellation; we will arrange the applicable return process rather than deny the request solely because of dispatch.
After notifying cancellation, send the goods back within 14 calendar days, unless a longer statutory period applies. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send returns to a supplier address printed on the parcel without checking with us. Return approval is not a condition for exercising a statutory right to cancel.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agreed otherwise or the law places that cost on us. For bulky goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we must give a return-cost estimate before purchase if you are to bear that cost.
Return the product with its supplied accessories and, where possible, its original packaging. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. A deduction for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may apply only where lawful; opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove cancellation rights.
A statutory exception for genuinely personalized goods or unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods applies only where the product legally qualifies and the exception was clearly disclosed before purchase. Choosing a standard color or size alone is not personalization. Such exceptions do not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Refunds and faulty goods
For a qualifying cancellation, we refund the item price and the original standard-delivery charge where required. Any extra cost of a premium delivery option above standard delivery need not be refunded where permitted. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for this 14-day policy.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of cancellation notice, subject to any lawful right to wait until the goods or evidence of their return is received. A shorter mandatory deadline takes precedence. Your payment provider may then need time to display the refund.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with the order number and a description; photos may help. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, and bear necessary return costs where required. These rights are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.
7. Privacy, accessibility and legal rights
See our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections and access to competent courts in your country remain available where applicable. No clause makes Israeli law the exclusive source of your consumer rights.
8. Contact and cancellation notice
You may write: “I notify you that I wish to cancel my purchase of [goods], order [number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name is [name], my delivery address is [address], and my contact details are [details]. Date: [date].” Using this wording is optional; any clear notice is acceptable.
