1. Who is responsible
WeLovePaws is operated by Electroshop, Israeli authorized dealer number 032293417, under the trade name WeLovePaws. We operate online only and do not receive visitors. For customer service, cancellations, privacy or accessibility requests, use the website contact form.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Shipping details, including your delivery address, country and postal code.
- Order items, selected variants, prices, payment status, transaction references and order correspondence.
- Messages sent through the contact form, including any order or accessibility information you choose to share.
- Technical information processed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser/device information and request logs.
PayPal processes payment credentials directly. Our store receives transaction references and payment status, not your full card number or security code. Do not send payment credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
3. Why we use this information
We use necessary details to process and deliver orders, handle returns and support requests, verify payments, prevent fraud, secure the website and meet accounting or other legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes rely on contract performance, applicable legal obligations or legitimate interests in operating a secure store, subject to your rights. Processing requiring consent will rely on consent, which may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Providing order and delivery details is voluntary, but without required information we cannot complete the purchase or provide the relevant service.
4. Service providers and sharing
Providers involved in operating this store include Cloudflare (hosting and security), Supabase (catalogue, orders and administrator systems), PayPal (payments), FormSubmit (contact-form delivery) and Purelymail (support correspondence). Suppliers and delivery partners receive the information necessary to fulfil and deliver orders, including direct shipments from suppliers. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive information where needed for legal obligations or legitimate claims.
Some providers act on our instructions; payment providers may also process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell customer personal information. Sharing is limited to a relevant purpose and necessary information.
5. International processing
We operate from Israel and use service providers that may process information in other countries. Data-protection standards may differ. Where transfer safeguards are required, transfers must use an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can ask through the contact form about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your information.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The shopping cart and accessibility preferences use local browser storage so choices can persist between visits. Administrator sign-in uses session storage. Cloudflare and PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies for security, transaction processing and fraud prevention under their own policies. Local storage is not the same as a tracking cookie, but privacy rules may apply to both.
You can remove stored cart data and preferences in your browser settings; doing so may reset features. Blocking storage may prevent the cart or other necessary functions from working.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, devices and traffic sources and improve the store. Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information, usage information and IP addresses under its privacy policy. Analytics is optional: the Google tag is not loaded until you accept. Rejecting analytics does not prevent shopping. We do not deliberately send your name, email, phone, address or contact-message text to Analytics. Advertising features are not enabled by this integration. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored for up to six months; Analytics cookies may last up to two years depending on Google's settings. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the relevant order, support, legal, tax or dispute-handling purpose. Required records may be kept after a deletion request where law requires it. Other information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Browser-stored cart and accessibility settings remain until cleared or reset on your device.
We use HTTPS and restricted administrator access and rely on service-provider security measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing or withdrawal of consent. Some rights have exceptions, including lawful record-retention requirements. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your location or the processing concerned. Contacting us first is welcome but does not remove that right.
9. Privacy contact and updates
Please describe your request and identify the relevant order where appropriate. We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements; the latest update date appears above.
