WeLovePaws is operated by Electroshop, Israeli authorized dealer number 032293417, under the trade name WeLovePaws. We operate online only and do not receive visitors. For customer service, cancellations, privacy or accessibility requests, use the website contact form.
We aim to make shopping for pet accessories clear and usable for people with disabilities. Our accessibility work is guided by WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles and applicable requirements. A comprehensive independent conformance audit has not been completed, so we do not claim that every page, product listing or third-party service fully conforms.
Features available on this website
- A skip-to-content link, headings and labelled form controls.
- Keyboard-operable menus, dialogs and product controls, with visible focus.
- Text-size, contrast, readable-text, link-highlighting and other display tools in the accessibility panel.
- Saved accessibility preferences and a reset option.
- Alternative text for product images where supplied and clear prompts for required product choices.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences and a responsive layout for phones and computers.
The accessibility button is on the side of the screen. These tools supplement accessible design; they do not by themselves establish compliance.
Known limitations and third-party services
Product photos, supplier-provided media and videos may not yet include complete text alternatives, captions or audio description. Content is reviewed as products are added. PayPal and other third-party services may present interfaces that we do not control. Older browsers and some assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.
If a video or image does not communicate the information you need, contact us for a text explanation. If a payment or product-selection control presents a barrier, we will try to help with an accessible alternative where possible. Never send full card details through the contact form.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Include the page or product URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and, if comfortable sharing, your browser, device and assistive technology. Tell us your preferred way to receive a response. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
We will review reports and seek to resolve barriers. This statement will be updated as accessibility work progresses.
